About Aaron

Rabbi Aaron Levitt has served as a Jewish educator for over 25 years, teaching in Day Schools, Congregational Schools, Camps, Synagogues, and other settings. This experience includes serving as Judaic Studies Principal at Robert M. Beren Academy in Houston, Assistant Rabbi at Boca Raton Synagogue, and Youth Rabbi at Kemp Mill Synagogue.

A native of Boston and a proud graduate of Maimonides Day School, Rabbi Levitt earned his bachelor’s degree and rabbinic ordination from Yeshiva University, a Masters degree in Nonprofit Management from University of Central Florida, and is currently writing his dissertation on “Teaching Perspective Taking to Children” towards a doctorate in Educational Leadership.

Rabbi Levitt is a graduate of several leadership fellowships, including Harvard Principals Seminar, YU Lead, and DSLTI (Day School Leadership Training Institute). He is an experienced presenter of educator workshops and is the author of a Jewish education blog: Chinuch Perspectives.

Work that speaks volumes

Jewish education is holy work and it is a sacred duty to pass on our traditions and values to the next generation. We are each unique and it is my passion to help every individual I teach discover their own signature strengths, develop their love of learning, and find meaning in their Jewish journey.
