And More
In addition to Communities of Practice (CoP’s), Conferences, and Coaching we offer many other opportunities for educators to develop new skills and learn new concepts.
EC Spotlights – Designed for both experienced and new early childhood teachers to observe an expert teacher in action. Each month, the visit focuses on a different topic, such as fostering social emotional development, running effective meeting times, approaches to play, engaging classroom environments and more.
Teacher Helpline – A confidential space for new and veteran teachers to get advice from professionals who know education and our community schools.
Educator Expo – There’s a wealth of talent among Baltimore Jewish educators! The Educator Expo highlights talented local teachers by showcasing their original ideas, strategies and methods that meet best practices in education. A fun twist on Professional Development, teachers can learn from each other and be treated to a fun experience.
School-Based Workshops – Call us for a customized professional development for your school or team – ANYTIME of the year.
Work That Speaks Volumes
I just wanted to thank you again for a magical experience observing the 4’s classroom at the Stoler Early Learning Center at the JCC Owings Mills. The teacher’s warm teaching style, her inviting classroom, and her engaging “invitations to play” following story time truly inspired me. What a great opportunity this is for all educators – new and experienced – to become energized and to learn something new through your EC Spotlights program.
