Conferences

Annual Conferences leverage communal resources in order to bring high level training to educators across the community.

Early Childhood Conference – Offers Early Childhood educators a day of focused learning and opportunity to network with peers from Baltimore’s Jewish preschools. This full-day program yields 6.0 COK credit hours, not to mention cool swag and a catered lunch and snacks.

Jewish Education Mental Wellness Summit – Educates and connects Mental Wellness Professionals, Teachers, and Administrators in order to support students in their mental wellness journey. This annual conference emphasizes the importance of schools to develop their institutions as safe places for student learning and growth. School counselors can receive CEU credits for their participation.

Congregational School Conference – JES supports the community Congregational Schools who join together to organize a conference for the teachers. The conference focuses on a different theme each year and provides top notch learning to inspire, inform, and support teachers through their own learning as they develop their lesson plans for their students.

Work That Speaks Volumes

I really liked the way you engaged the young Madrichim, I was so impressed by them! I felt that this workshop was meant for us as persons, as individuals, and not only for us as Jewish educators … it was not just learning; but it was also food for the soul!! Toda Raba!!
