Key Responsibilities:Direct Donor Solicitation & Relationship ManagementConduct regular donor meetings and solicitations throughout the year Build relationships with parents, grandparents, alumnae families, and community supporters Maintain donor relationships – thank you calls, follow up meetings, donor appreciation outreach Track donor commitments and follow up on pledges Fundraising Campaign ExecutionActively solicit donors during annual campaigns, matching campaigns, and crowdfunding initiatives Assist in coordinating fundraising elements of school events, i.e. auction, dinner etc. Assist in identifying potential campaign ambassadors and volunteers Help organize and host small donor gatherings and parlor meetings The qualified candidate is preferably someone already familiar with Bais Yaakov, its history and the Baltimore community, but not required. Someone comfortable reaching out and making direct solicitations, while managing and maintaining strong connections between the school and its growing donor base. Candidate will be forward thinking and creative, and possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. In addition to being familiar with MS Office, must have the ability to learn and work with the school’s database and software packages. Excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong work ethic to deliver high-quality results. Represent Bais Yaakov warmly and professionally in the community. Works well as a team player, able and willing to assist others.
