CHADD – The Power of Walk, Talk, and Nature: Simple Strategies for Regulation, Connection, and Well Being

Zoom

Event Details:

Join JES and CHADD of Greater Baltimore for this support group session featuring Jennifer Udler, LCSW-C, SEP, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Walk & Talk Therapist.

Have you noticed your child’s mood improve after time outdoors, especially when walking with someone?
In this session, you’ll explore the powerful combination of walking, talking, and nature. Walk and talk therapy is a highly effective approach, especially for many neurodivergent individuals. Learn how to apply these healing principles in everyday life through nervous system regulation, relationship building, grounding techniques, and simple outdoor coping skills that can make a meaningful difference.

Registration is required to receive a zoom link. Meet with other parents of children diagnosed with ADHD and/or Executive Function difficulties. Exchange ideas and hear from professionals. Gain support and know that you are not alone!

Reminder: The CHADD Support Group is a monthly program which occurs the First Wednesday of the month, 8:00 – 9:00 p.m. via Zoom. Please join us!
