About Tami
Tami comes to JES with many years of experience, most recently at Ohr Chadash Academy. Her diverse teaching experience spans all levels and grades from preschool through middle school where she incorporates a wide variety of instructional approaches to actively engage students in learning.
Tami has a Master’s degree in education and counseling and became an educator to make a wonderful impact on children. When she sees children smile when they accomplish something they have been working on, or that moment when they understand something that was very challenging to comprehend, that is most rewarding for her.
Work that speaks volumes
I feel great knowing my students have learned something new because I was able to teach them in a way that made sense for them. It’s satisfying to know I have been able to reach them and help them on their way to future independence. Nothing amazes me more than developing potential in others and transferring knowledge to students.
