The Shinshinim Program Director leads the Baltimore Shinshinim program, overseeing the shinshinim team and lay leader committee, while fostering relationships with partner organizations and the host family community.

In addition to her professional role, she occasionally facilitates a Peer Parents’ Discussion Group, providing a supportive space for parents to connect, share experiences, and exchange advice. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new destinations, immersing herself in a good book, and learning about diverse cultures.
